Parking just got easier on Hollywood Beach.
While not quite as convenient as Downtown Hollywood’s FREE Parking, you can now pay for your Beach Parking by phone.
When on Hollywood beach and you are parking on the street, in public lots or garages you can use your smartphone to pay for parking.
Or even more conveniently, you can download a parking app at http://us.parkmobile.com. Convenience comes at a cost though. It will run you an extra $.25 every time you park.
Parking in either of the he two beach garages at Johnson and Garfield streets is $1.50 an hour (plus the initial $.25).
And parking on the streets varies by day with Monday through Thursday costing $1.50/hr and Friday through Sunday at $2.00/hr (plus the initial $.25 convenience fee)
